About the position:
- Provide RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) registration services to Al Futtaim customers while ensuring the accuracy of the data (customer details) that is captured in the RTA’s (Roads and Transport Authority) system. The services include the processing of vehicle registration, renewals, cancellations, fines, and transfers
- Vehicle Custom Certificate uploading on Abu Dhabi Police Traffic Portal
- Utilization of Corporate Credit Card for government payment i.e. registrations, de-registration etc
- Manage online registrations as per the Regional guidelines
- Timely registrations and accurate issuance of plates
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) processes, systems, and legislation
- Understand and adhere to all Al Futtaim Policies and Procedures
- Deliver the highest level of customer service (both internally and externally)
About you:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of experience in administration/ data entry where the information was entered in both English and preferrably Arabic
- Good communicator (written and verbal) in both English and preferably Arabic
- Good understanding of the Regional Registration Department policies and procedures
