About the job Receptionist (Temp)

Our client is a leisure and sports firm based in Dubai, looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist for a 1 month contract who can join immediately.

Candidates who are currently on family sponsorship will be only considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests/staff and providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
• Answering telephone calls; taking messages and providing accurate information.
• Keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
• Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.
• Receiving, sorting mails and packages from courier services.
• Scheduling and maintaining appointments.
• Organizing conference and meeting room bookings.
• Providing administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 1 years of experience as Receptionist in the UAE.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Efficient, able to prioritize and can handle multiple tasks.
• Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and can work with less supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, Outlook, powerpoint )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
