Main responsibilities and tasks:

Prepare and follow-up the purchasing orders
Ensure compliance with the internal and suppliers purchasing process
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of countries / customers
Monitor supplier performance indicators (KPI’s)
Participate to suppliers meeting and/or events
Implement and follow the letters of credit Import
Be the reliable interface with international suppliers and/or the different departments internally (Finance, logistics…)
Communicate, frequently the activity/ flow on-going activity to the management

Candidate’s Profile

Work experience of minimum 3 to 4 years within a logistics/supply chain department
Has work experience within an international environment/trading company is a plus
Background in CSR – Customer Service Representative/Cross trade coordinator/Export Coordinator is a plus

Technical and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge about Incoterms (FAS, CFR, FOB) and Letters of Credit Import
Good Excel and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word…)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent resistance to stress and activity peaks
Excellent autonomy, rigor, reliability and organizational skills
Strong teamwork, interpersonal and pro-active skills
French language and petrochemical suppliers knowledge are a plus
