 ABOUT THE JOB

 

We are looking for an Office Assistant to coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and to assist other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.

 

Key responsibilities would include:

 

  • Ensure the office/pantry is clean at all times
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors
  • Organize and control kitchen/pantry and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
  • Answers the telephone if necessary
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
  • Manage the DHL Online Courier booking tool for all documents and sample courier booking
  • Update senders on AWB and courier status, track all courier and maintain courier records
  • Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern
  • Assisting office staff as requested
  • Supporting staff with social events
  • The primary assistant/support for the Innovation Kitchen Chef during customer demos and the Gulfood event

 

ABOUT YOU

 

You would possess the following:

 

  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience working in a multicultural office as an office assistant
  • Any educational qualification
  • Verbal and written English communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy personality
