Job Description
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will focus on planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns. You are responsible for turning the strategist’s vision into reality. Working closely with our cross-functional marketing team you will ensure that we are creating the best in-class marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end, integrated B2B lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
Identify promotional opportunities throughout all stages of the conversion funnel
Create and ensure delivery of yearly a campaign plan for European (multilingual campaigns) and US markets
Work closely with internal stakeholders and Easygenerator’s Product team on the validation of creative ideas and coordination of campaign launches
Conduct market and customer research to identify new campaign opportunities
Manage the complete cycle of campaign production from ideation and brief creation to asset production and launch
Coordinate localized campaign efforts, ensuring clarity and consistency of communication across all markets
Analyze full-funnel campaign and tactic performance on an ongoing basis to continuously optimize results
Contribute to updating best practices and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
Explore new and emerging communication channels and content formats

Qualifications
3+ year campaigns management experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising, or related field (preferred)
Growth attitude and ownership over your domain
Strong track record of driving positive ROI campaigns
Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics
Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and knowledge of the main channels (SEM, LinkedIn, email)
Experience overseeing simultaneous global campaigns
Very strong interpersonal skills
Understanding of current market trends
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of the e-learning space is an advantage
