Al-Futtaim Vehicle Rentals is the specialised vehicle rental & leasing operation of the Al-Futtaim Automotive Group of Companies in Qatar. AVR’s mission is to provide mobility solutions tailored to our clients’ needs by providing a superior customer service above any competitor-accepted standard. About the position:
- Website and social media management (Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram) to grow Al Futtaim Vehicle Rentals followers and engagement
- Producing and updating content, handling online customer inquiries, comments and complaints and distribute to the concerned department or management
- Assist in developing and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, creatives
- Evaluate campaign performance and data analytics, Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management,
- Conduct market research on competitor activities and support with marketing strategy
- Manage marketing plans within budget
- Work closely with group marketing Centre of Excellence and external marketing agency
- Maintain and update customer databases by organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities, and utilize this data effectively
- Assist with developing marketing material / merchandise and effective use of these
- Develop creative content as and when necessary
About you:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within the automotive / rental industry
- Preferably experience in the Middle East market, general marketing experience, ideally within Qatar
- Preferred Arabic speaker
- Experienced with graphic design software
- PC literate, Strong with MS-Office
- Extensive experience and understanding of digital / social media marketing and SEO data analytics
- Content creation
- Ability to deliver a clear brief to the agency
