Role summary / Purpose
A member of the Marketing, Brand and Communications team, supporting the development of external communication assets and events. The individual will work closely with the senior comms specialist to support all aspects of sales activation for the global business as well as manage relationships with trade publications.
Essential responsibilities
- Event support (developing material for local events)
- Award submission for the business and coordination of award dinners
- Project management of specific campaigns as directed by the Head of Brand and Comms
- Work with local teams in multiple markets to develop technical case studies to be used for sales support
- Set up and coordination of external technical webinars (TechTalks) to support business unit need and technology launches
- Lead all PR and thought leadership opportunities with relevant industry media
- Budget management and invoicing for Brand & Comms team
- Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues, agencies, and media networks as appropriate
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Communication
- More than 3-years' hands-on experience in marcomms
- A track-record in a B2B and/or technology-oriented company would be an advantage
- Approaches work with a strong sense of professional pride, precision, energy, productivity and enjoyment, and works quickly to deliver outstanding results.
- Extremely well organised and proficient in managing multiple tasks in parallel, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
- Impeccable fluency in spoken and written English.
