Inspector – Agriculture/Irrigation

Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

Generally assist Assistant Resident Engineer in Agricultural/Irrigation works.

Aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category (but not limited to):

• Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction
• Observe, check and construction activities execution is in accordance with approved methods and maintenance program
• Check instructions are being carried out
• Check services locations and ensure their protection
• Monitor and record inspections, tests, work executed etc.
• Check materials delivered are as approved and properly stored
• Observe site safety procedures
• Measure work done when required
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.

Qualification & Experience:

• Agriculture Engineering Degree with 2 years overall experience.
• Engineering Diploma with 5 years overall experience
• At least 1 year of direct and related experience
• Experience in construction of soft landscape/irrigation related projects
• UAE experience is a must
• Good command of English and Arabic communication.
