TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain Pneumatic Fenders and their accessories in line with stringent processes laid out by the company
Thorough knowledge to Repair, Rectification, Recalibration of Pneumatic Fenders and their accessories by applying industry best practice
Knowledge about various sizes of Chains, Links, Shackles, Tires and Pressures used in the fenders
Knowledge about safety valve overhaul procedure and certification
Investigate performance issues on the product and repair / recertify the product and make it fit for use without drop in performance level of the equipment being repaired
Pack and Load Out Company Equipment in line with Company Procedure and Guidelines
Maintain a professional and courteous approach to colleagues and customers at all times
Follow Company HSEQ Policy and Identify areas for Improvement and suggest to the management
Advise company on engineering improvement based on the experience garnered from field and implement the same in companies process and procedure
Available at regular working hours and overtime hours to meet periods of high demand from clients as needed
Compile job service reports in legible, readable and in English language to display professionalism
Identify and propose additional services as needed during the jobs and present it to the clients a value proposition
Ability to Self-Supervise, Train fellow colleagues, Freely impart knowledge & Experience to develop and incorporate One Team Philosophy

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree
Working knowledge of marine, service industry
