Job Description: JOBPURPOSE: 
To act as the point of contact for designated departments, gathering business communication requirements, developing and executing communication campaigns and activities.

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Work closely with the designated departments to identify business communication requirements

·     Evaluate the business requirements and develop recommendations for campaigns and content in consultation with the Communication Lead Specialist and Creative team

·     Prepare communication briefs and present proof of concept to the respective departments to finalise the preferred campaign option

·     Coordinate with the creative team to produce creative layout and content (in house or via 3rdparty suppliers) for efficient execution of the selected campaign

·     Review the final materials and collaterals to ensure department specifications and brand guidelines are adhered to

·     Meet with the designated departments on a periodic basis to ensure a consultative and collaborative approach is taken to deliver corporate communication requirements and excellent internal customer service levels are maintained

·     Assist the Corporate Affairs department in managing and executing significant campaigns and initiatives as required

·     File campaign content and materials in line with the document control guidelines to ensure all versions can be referred to and retrieved as required

·     Report on the effectiveness of the campaigns delivered for continual improvement

Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions, controls and role specific QHSE KPI in order to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services and environmental compliance
