SUMMARY OF DUTIES
- Serve as the Chief Executive Officer for REEF Middle East
- Report to and be subject to direction from the Global CEO Office.
- Work with the CEO Office in developing, leading, and executing the strategic plan, future direction, business plans, and overall objectives of REEF M.E.
- Implement strategies that support the recent Joint Ventures and incorporate the REEF M.E. purpose, values and mission and infrastructure into the existing culture and overall organizational requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the REEF M.E. Leadership Team in developing operational goals and prioritizing REEF M.E.’s campaigns and services.
- Engage with and effectively build relationships with REEF M.E.’s key stakeholders: customers, government, community partners, suppliers, brands and the broader community.
- Prepare annual budget and assure the accuracy and integrity of all fiscal matters of REEF M.E.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- 10-15 years of leadership experience; able to excel at leading in a high growth, transformational environment. Experience in Management/Strategy Consulting and/or Investment Banking is a plus.
- Restaurant and Retail leadership background (In the Middle East preferred)
- Development and expansion background (expansions of growing units throughout a market)
- Exposed to data analytics
- Experience and exposure to one or more Multinational enterprise F&B brands
- Reputation as a pragmatic problem-solver who has talent for organizing thoughts on complex issues and synthesizing a resolute strategy to address them.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop connectivity and earn credibility throughout a diversified organization.
- Expertise and ability to handle and manage many activities at once, knowing how to effectively prioritize.
- Trusted and experienced people leader; has led and empowered a strong team; proven record of elevating and growing talent in their teams to greater success.
- A successful track record of working effectively and delivering results in a highly matrixed and fast-growing organization.
- Knowledge of the current trends and future direction of the food delivery and service industry
- Leadership and supervisory skills in running a large department or country.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Ability to work with and communicate with governmental, regulatory and community agencies.
- Familiar with the digital online food delivery business
- Broad experience across all functional areas of Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Procurement.
- Strong interpersonal and change management skills.
- Ability to work strategically as well as to address daily challenges at the operational level.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. Master’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred
