RETAIL COORDINATOR INTERNSHIP

PROFILE

As part of our Retail Team, you will support the Boutique Manager in the overall boutique organization. Your role will be transversal being involve in different projects & departments. 

Sales Analysis / Data Management

• Produce retail sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis to team (daily sales, team KPIs)
• Produce weekly productivity/newness and monthly business line ranking reports
• Produce ad hoc reporting requests – traffic reports, category performance (watches, jewelry, accessories, after sales….)
• Act as a CRM Ambassador in the store and propose new initiatives related to the sales reports outcome
• Take responsibility for the client database accuracy

 

Clienteling Support 

• Create and develop clienteling tools supporting the Stores’ activity
• Identify area of improvement
• Report: quantitative & qualitative client performance analysis
• Collect and share Best Practices within the store
• Support all the Activations in-store during the main holidays / celebrations
