A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
It takes talented people to support the largest professional services organisation in the world. Our Onboarding team works to engage and support PwC new joiners. You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified candidates by building relationships with candidates in the pipeline as well as internal and external stakeholders, whilst understanding the dynamic onboarding needs of each business and each candidate. Our team actively onboards full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.

Job Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management is preferred
Professional Human Resources certification (i.e CIPD, PHR) is an advantage
Language:
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic Overall
Experience:
0-2 years of human resources experience is preferred
