Job Role:
The core of Quant is Data Science and AI, which requires highly capable technical staff to deliver high quality deliverables. This will require a HR Manager that can ensure that the company’s staff are well attended for and that the company culture is well maintained.
This will include development and implementation of proper HR practices and compliance standards, which includes overseeing proper implementation of policies and procedures, talent scoping, evaluation, career development, processing employee requests, and maintaining a sufficient knowledge library with the concerned stakeholders and an overall assurance of employee satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Provide support to Quant employees through counseling and processing of employee requests.
3. Resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues with company staff.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
5. Nurture a cultivating company culture through events and activities.
6. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
7. Be actively involved in recruitment and maintaining the hiring processes.
8. Develop training and development programs.
9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
10. Maintain employee records (attendance, performance data, etc.) accordingly.
11. Ensure implementation of HR related compliance requirements as per government laws.
12. Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management.
13. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements:
Academic Prerequisites:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Legal, Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field.

Business Skills Required:
1. Prior experience in HR functions.
2. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
3. Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
4. Proficient in Microsoft office and G-Suite.
5. Exposure to HRM systems (such as Zoho People).
6. Preferably familiar with IT sector.
7. Familiar with government portals relevant to HR functions.

Leaves & Holidays Policy
• Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
• Holidays: 11 business days of paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Saudi National Day.
• Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.
• Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.
• Business Leave and Travel Allowances: Business leave and Travel Allowances shall be provided in accordance with existing policies of the Company.
Housing Allowance
Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employee's basic salary.
Transportation Allowance
Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employee's basic salary.
Communication Allowance
Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employee's basic salary.
Medical Insurance
The Company provides a standardized medical insurance plan as per Company policy. Further information regarding the policy may be provided upon request. Provided policies may change upon vendor’s change in their policy plan structures.
