We are recruiting a General Accountant to join our exceptional Finance Department and to facilitate proper accounting and record keeping.

In this role you will have the opportunity:

To be part of a truly diverse department who is leading the change in an established family business. You will have the opportunity to interact with large group of companies whos’ industries include but are not limited to Construction, automotive, heavy equipment, real estate & joineries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General accounting of day to day Investments and banking transactions.
• Reconciliations of key accounts and balances.
• Maintaining other ad-hoc reports as requested by management
• Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Statements.
• Assisting in the preparation and support of annual audits and monitoring of internal controls and compliance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office and other financial systems and applications
• Communication skills in English - verbal and written
• Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting Certification
• Proactive approach and problem solving mind-set
