Puffy is looking for a talented Digital Content Manager who has digital strategy and marketing expertise, strong program and project management capabilities, hands-on experience working in content management systems, and excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
- Create and publish online engaging content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team meets expected deadlines
- Build and maintain systems and protocols that ensure all content is optimized
- Ensure product details are accurate and showcase all product features
- Identify press opportunities and write press releases
- Ensure compliance with the law (e.g., copyright and data protection)
- Execute samplings campaign to syndicate reviews/ratings across the eCommerce landscape and track ongoing review trends
- Ensure Brand consistency & compliance across all major affiliate partner sites
- Assist in maintaining detailed content health analytics reporting dashboards
- Leverage the dashboards to identify areas of success and opportunity to take action and present findings to key stakeholders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Provide content optimization expertise, recommendations, and insights based on emerging trends and e-retailer specific site capabilities to Marketing, Sales, and Digital Creative teams to improve conversion rates and the overall digital consumer experience.
- Track and report the organic share of search KPIs to increase traffic via improved SEO keyword density and on-site navigation for Puffy brand and it's product
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three to four years of eCommerce experience in a similar role
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Extremely computer literate, especially with how to write, interpret and edit HTML scripts
- Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives
- Basic technical knowledge of MS Office and WordPress
