 Timesheet Coordinator- Wood, Al Khobar, KSA




Wood is currently recruiting for a Timesheet Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely recording of onshore and offshore timesheet coding and expenses and maintenance of the time writing database and provision of billing support including raising of invoices

    Input of offshore and site based personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet
    the weekly and monthly payroll deadlines
    Billing support including raising of invoices
    Calculation of accounting entries and processing into system
    Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received
    Monthly input of all overtime payments received for offshore personnel (allowances / excess days)
    Accurate entry of standby and training into time writing database
    Accurate recording of expenses
    Assistance with preparation of monthly client invoices in accordance with contract commercial terms and conditions
    General administrative support to the project accounting team

Skills / Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    Knowledge and experience of MS Office packages, particularly excel
    Oil & gas experience is preferable
    Strong financial values
    High level of accuracy and detailed nature
    Attention to detail
