IT Project Analyst- Rolls-Royce, Derby, UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Project Analyst to join our Manage the Enterprise IT team in Derby.
As the IT Project Analyst, you will provide service and administrative support to the IT delivery programs. Key aspects of this role are directly related to the financial, delivery and quality aspects of each and all of the IT delivery projects in flight; analysing and presenting the data and information that informs the IT Delivery project status. In this role, will provide support to resolve RR Resourcing to IT projects as required by working with the appropriate Delivery Director or Head of Function. You will be managing the procurement and sourcing processes on behalf of Group IT and maintaining the overarching project reporting (Clarizen).
The person in this role must be very comfortable with and able to demonstrate capability with working in a complex and time pressured environment. You must be able to work unsupervised without direction and must be able to take personal accountability for delivery of outputs against a timeframe. The IT Project Analyst will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis and as such, the person must be a confident, credible, business savvy individual able to hold their own in senior leader environments

Key Accountabilities:
Provide operational and administrative support to each and all of the live programs
Ensure that project reporting and financial positions are accurate, produced in a timely manner
Manage the supplier against a defined governance model
Secure internal resources as required to support projects
Key Skills, Experience:
Ability to organise and be organised in a complex environment
Ability to acquire, manage and present complex information
Demonstrable capability to resolve problems
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and externally with suppliers
Ability to negotiate to meet priorities
