IT Helpdesk Consultant- Auckland - NZ
Be the IT focal point for first-line advice and support to all business units for IT Telecommunications hardware, systems and procedures in this phone based role located in the Auckland CBD.
Being one of the most recognised and respected brands in New Zealand, you will join a team that go the extra mile to provide IT solutions, delivery and support to 900+ internal customers.
To succeed in this role you must have:
A relevant IT qualification
Previous IT Help Desk or IT Support experience in a corporate environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of information management systems, procedures and technology
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Recognised customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent time management, prioritising and multitasking skills
We're looking for someone who:
Thrives on complex and technical challenges
Is talented in fault finding and diagnostics
Can interact with cross functional departments
You will have an aptitude and enthusiasm for working with technology and a commitment to providing quality customer service. Working within a highly experienced team you will be a self starter, process oriented and performance driven.
The successful candidate will be required to work remotely on a rostered basis for half a day on Saturday mornings.
