Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on building and analysing business cases that support our people’s creative ideas for new products, services, and fixes to our daily challenges. You’ll work with all Lines of Services to identify challenges and change them into opportunities. And you’ll conduct EmTech research into potential solutions for our people and our clients.

We are looking for a new business analyst to assist in the user experience of the Middle East Innovation Hub. This includes creating new webstorms, answering user queries, maintaining the back-end rules engine, and running data analysis. Additionally, you’ll be holding one-on-one sessions with idea submitters to build and analyse their business case.

The perfect candidate for this role would be passionate about bringing the latest and most impactful technology solutions to our firm’s people, enabling collaboration, transparency, and innovation. You will need to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and manage your time effectively. A creative and data-centric mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

    Research tech trends in different industries in the Middle East

    Respond to support emails for IH users

    Refresh (and possibly improve) IH dashboard

    Edit & move approved ideas to the Marketplace

    Send weekly email updates to key stakeholders with stats (possible automation)

    Assist in research for improving platform and innovation within PwC

Other Skills

    Edit webstorms (knowledge of HTML/CSS helpful, but can teach)

    Organize IH Shared Drive, particularly new Marketplace Assets

    Assist as business analyst for Marketplace assets to measure impact more precisely

    Assist and help ideate for other projects as they arise (including comms, marketing, new webstorms, etc.)

    Develop assets and L&D material to help users navigate platform effectively
