In-store Marketing Executive- Chalhoub Group, Jeddah, KSA
What you'll be doing
The in-store executive understands Puig strategy (multi-brand approach) and brands’ corporate in-store image and strives for POS Excellence, ensuring impactful & efficient implementation of both permanent and temporary visibility in stores.
Temporary Visibility:
Execute the trade plan activities by working closely with the marketing and commercial teams to implement new launches and operations (POS accuracy).
Order the new visuals for all our counters (visual order master file) and ensure successful implementations of all visuals with VMs
Launch design briefs/simulations and ensure materials matches the merchandising guidelines (color proof, simulations, quotations)
Audit suppliers to ensure they meet standards on production and implementation.
Ensure successful implementations by tracking installations and deliveries (Checklist) and submitting quality reports in coordination with VMs
Compile pictures of all activations per retailer and share the new launces report.
Permanent Visibility:
Handle the retail projects from the brief until the installation with the retail design teams (regional and HQ offices):
Send briefs and build the retro-planning aligned with the commercial deadlines
Ensure the project progression (considering the quoting, permit, transportation, local regulations…)
POS Excellence:
Ensure planograms and POSM is updated in all stores (logo, shelf plaquette, STS) with the support of the VM for every new launch/animation with a special focus on Niche brands and Flagship doors.
Fulfill instore requests in coordination with sales team/VM (maintenance, electricity, visuals)
Propose improvements and solutions for temporary and permanent production and installation
Control:
Define and order all POSM requirements and needs per brand per store (CPS)
Keep track of stands and update them as per guidelines / based on priorities
Track furniture in all warehouses and with the suppliers to ensure effective re-use
Monitor spending/quotations and process payments (instore budget Capex and non Capex)
Various
Conduct market visits and prepare instore reports (travel to Riyadh, Khobar, remote areas)
Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities and coordinate activations with all the team
What we are looking for
Experience: 3 or more years of relevant working experience
Education: Degree in Interior Design or Business/Marketing
Languages: English & Arabic
Competencies: Good communication skills, willingness to be hands-on, deadline-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Keen interest in Beauty, Fragrances and Make-up
