 HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager- Dar Al Riyadh, KSA


Responsibilities:

    In charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment needs, processes and strategies.
    Develop a sustainable talent pipeline and hiring plans, tools, and strategies.
    Ensure diversity and Saudization among the company staff.
    Collaborate with internal & external partners to achieve projects/clients related needs & company goals
    Oversee all operations and team/department performance and take proper and immediate actions to drive improvements and efficiencies in all departments activities
    Analyze existing policies, processes & procedures & identify areas of improvement/automation
    Design and execute a departmental strategy, supported by tactical/innovative programs to deliver enhanced benefits and value to the company/client.
    Support the Company leaders to ensure proper and structured development of their Talent.
    Provide consultation and guidance for business leaders on talent development challenges and provides sound and practical solutions.
    Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
    Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR department to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.
    Maintains in-depth knowledge of company’s policies and legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
    Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar relevant fields of study.
    Basic HR Certifications (HRBP or SHRM – CP).
    3+ years in similar management position OR 7+ years in related working fields.
    Team Management skills.
    Strong English communication skills
