Responsibilities:

    Full support HRBP Manager and or supervisor in overall HRBP function.
    Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
    Provide HR advice and support to business unit on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues.
    Responsible for the aspects of human resources business partner function
    Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances of employees.
    Execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
    Advise business unit on issues of employment legislation
    Manages complex and difficult employee-relation issues
    Provide HR policy guidance
    Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
    Consult with line management and provide HR consultative service
    Identify business needs and provide workable solutions
    Visit project-site to identify and observe business
    Serve as one stop-station for line management and employee in problem-solving, talent issue with general support and advisory services
    Perform other tasks assigned HRBP manager/ supervisor

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields

    0-2 years of Human Resources experience.
    Good interpersonal skill with well organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
    Require professional discipline as HR practitioner role
    Proactively act and show open minded attitude to the situations
    Excellent in communication skills both English and Arabic
    Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and work under pressure
    Must be a Saudi Arabian Nationality
