In the Fragrance and Beauty division, your role will be to lead the successful roll out of the retail network, further develop and drive the retail teams and business results. You are part of the Fragrance & Beauty Leadership team reporting to the F&B Director Middle-East & India.

Management: from 24 evolving to 45 HC by end 2022

Team Engagement and Management
•Ensure that the Retail team is engaged towards the brand strategy & goals
•Management of own retail boutiques and coordination of retail boutiques with partners in the Middle East & India

Retail Development
•Lead and coordinate new projects openings
•Ensure contractual and legal requirements in collaboration with legal counsel

Boutique Performance
•Develop and implement commercial action plan and KPI’s to grow the business
•Create & Develop a clear business strategy to achieve yearly goals and effectively cascade to the field team

Assortment – Stock & Orders Management
•Ensure that each boutique has the optimum stock levels: forecast novelties / regular orders / transfers, and correct inventory control; maintain inventory discrepancies at the lowest possible level

Client Engagement and Marketing
•Propose and effectively implement local marketing & VM strategy respecting the premium brand image
•Close collaboration with marketing/CE&D/VM teams to generate and follow up new initiatives

Daily Operations
•Ensure the Retail teams have everything needed to smoothen their day to day operations & provide the best client experience

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following professional background:

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the luxury retail selling environment, with management experience.

You have a good knowledge of Fragrance & Beauty Industry and Luxury.

Your strong organization, communication and follow-up  skills will be key to succeed in this position.

You have a leadership posture to embark and influence teams. You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

You are recognized for your proactivity, creativity and problem solving.

You are at ease with Excel and MS Office.

English is a must, French would be an advantage.
