About the Company
They are well established global business with their Head office based here in Auckland. They are growing business and are going from strength to strength. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract to help with the overflow.
 
About the assignment
Working in a finance team of 5 you will be responsible for:
 

    End to end Accounts Payable
    Processing of supplier invoices
    Supplier reconciliations
    Entering invoices manually
    Payment runs
    Expense claims
    Any other ad hoc tasks

 
About you

    Intermediate excel skills.
    Experienced with high volume Accounts Payable
    Available to start immediately
    Self-driven
