Our client, Pacific Clinical Research Network is a group of private research facilities, with a number of sites across New Zealand. The Accounts Administrator is key to ensuring the company runs efficiently and will be an integral in ensuring things happen on time, every time. The team value supporting each other, chipping in where needed and have meticulously high standards. At this stage, offering 32 hours per week over four days, there is the possibility that this role could become full-time as the Network grows.


This role has some key responsibilities, including:

    Overseeing account payables and receivables, including online banking
    Supplier statement reconciliations
    Bank and credit card reconciliations
    Set up and maintenance of suppliers
    Invoicing of franchise fees and sponsors
    Debt management
    Payroll preparation
    Assistance with end of month processing, reconciliations, and reporting
    Preparation of GST returns
    Privacy compliance
    Working with the external accountant
    Assisting the Directors or senior management team as and when required.


If you are the person we are looking for, you will have experience in accounting or bookkeeping particularly accounts administration, as this is a key function. Excellent numeracy and computer literacy including Xero, Word, Excel is required to enable you to perform successfully in this role. Experience using payroll is desirable but not essential, but will be a requirement of the position. As this role is based predominantly based from home, you must be able to self-manage, have excellent time management and prioritisation skills while delivering a high degree of accuracy and professionalism at all times.
