Our sponsorship Program is designed to enroll its participants in Vocational schools that provide technical training to high school graduates.
The program provides participants with the academic and technical job skills required to ensure that they obtain the skills necessary for them to join Baker Hughes at entry-level AMO Tech or Field Operator positions.
You will become familiar with Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E).

A high school or diploma as a minimum.
Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English.
