EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing From accredited National/International University or what's equivalent to it.

Valid Nursing License from country of origin required.

Valid professional license from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Current valid certification of Basic Life Support or obtaining that within 6 months of commencement of employment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

For Suadi Applicants Newly graduate with Career Development plan pathway.

For non Saudi Applicants Minimum of three (3) years post graduate clinical experience with at least Experience current (1) year in relevant specialty.

Previous experience of working in a multicultural environment is preferred.

Experience of Supervising the Work of Others/ Preferably Preceptorship.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Basic Audit Techniques and Approaches to Quality

Demonstrated Clinical Nursing Abilities.

Problem Solving and Organizational Skills.

Well-developed oral and written Communication Skills (English Language).

Arabic Language Skills an Advantage.

Good Interpersonal Skills.

Computer Literate.

Middle Eastern Cultures and Values.

English and Arabic Capability.

Flexible, Adaptable and energetic.

Confident, Competent and Personable.

positive Towards Change.

Knowledge/experience of Hospital Accreditation Procedures.
