Do you want to contribute helping farmers to optimize performance by being our new animal / poultry specialist for up-scaling within the farming industry in Europe? SKOV A/S is to be largest and most ackknowledged partner providing climate solutions, farm management and digital value chain services for animal production worldwide. We have years of experience with the European animal sector for farming, especially within poultry. Europe is a region with possibilities and increase sales to customized farming solutions. Due to growing demand and as part of delivering on our strategy, we are looking for a poultry specialist / animal expert to execute and support on our products using your skills within ventilation and digitalization systems to the industry.

You can build strong relationships with strategic customers and successfully secure contacts and stakeholders, and you will be the foundation in our sales department supporting your colleagues supporting in the management production systems. Moreover, you can identify technical and digital needs in our products and promote technical and digital solutions to the benefit of our customers and SKOV. You will have entire Europe as your workplace, but the SKOV Headquarter is based in Denmark (Glyngore), so the job will include frequent travelling and interaction with customers, stakeholders, and the internal team colleagues at SKOV A/S in Europe. .  

Your role will be to:  

    Support technical and system management tools and processes, using your strong expertise and animal knowledge in close cooperation with the internal teams. 
    Develop relationships with an existing portfolio of customers and other specialists worldwide. 
    Secure that your expertise in the field will be part of our products and training of both external and internal stakeholders. 
    Serve as link of communication between key customers and internal teams 

To be a success in the role, we imagine that you have:  

    Experience in knowledge sharing and providing solutions based on customer needs 
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in English and preferably German or French.
    Ability in planning own work, but in cooperation with stakeholders. 
    System Management and technical background e.g. from agriculture, animal welfare industry, i.e. breading companies.
    Ability in travelling internationally, approx. 100-150 days per year.
    The overview and insights into your function and area of responsibility, being a good listener and performer.
