Position

    MARKETING OPERATIONS:
        Manages the relationship with markets for the boutiques & with the Travel Retail commercial team in charge of the brand.
        Work closely with the E-COM, CRM, digital, PR, Pro Artistry and education on coordinating the execution of the 360 campaigns & always on tactical support for retail & TR doors.
        In charge of reviewing and updating the trade marketing & POSM budget and reporting actuals vs. target on a monthly basis for boutiques & TR.
        Work with the Pro Artistry team & local teams on developing boutiques masterclass strategy & calendar for both internal & external Make Up Artists.
        Support digital team on CRM activations to drive traffic to the boutiques & share insights on performance.
    MERCHANDISING:
        Works closely with the merchandising team on updating the boutiques & Travel Retail planograms & visuals for all launches   
        Work on the design & implementation of animations for all Travel Retail & boutiques with merchandising & commercial teams.


Profile

The idea candidate must:

    Education

Tertiary education preferable

    Minimal Professional Experience

Fresh graduate with at least one successful internship

    Other skills required

PC Literate

Word for Windows/Excel/Power Point

Numerate, Analytical, Perceptive/Observant, Problem Solving, Innovative, Diligent, Planning, Organization, Communication – written/verbal, Leadership, Motivational, Dynamic, Receptive, Dedicated, Loyal, Team Orientated, Empathy.
