About the job
 

Based at our MENA head office in Dubai, you will become a part of Arla’s in-house agency, The Barn, and refer directly to the Digital Marketing Lead. We are a team of 13 colleagues dedicated to the creation of content for digital channels, digital strategy, and digital media executions.

 

As the Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work in the digital marketing team supporting the planning and delivery of digital campaigns and always on calendars. Specifically, you will:
 

    Support in developing digital ideas and media plans that are executable and manage social media marketing campaigns.
    Support in developing and executing always on calendars working closely with the content team.
    Liaise with digital media buying experts to ensure that Media plans are executed and results are analyzed and communicated promptly in concise and insightful reports.
    Liaise with the Search expert on setting up search campaigns that drive traffic to the Brands websites.
    Liaise with the Web manager to ensure that websites are populated with the right campaign information and reflect the Brand’s guidelines.
    Develop comprehensive reports for post-campaign analysis, brand reviews, and competitor reviews with clear learnings and actionable next steps.
    Support in managing the brands social pages, ensuring vigilant monitoring to these pages, proactive interactions with the online communities, and quick response rate that contributes to the growth of the Brands’ following on these channels.
    Support in Social Listening spotting and reporting on trends
     

Who are you?
 

    Marketing/Digital Marketing university graduate with 2 years experience in the field of digital marketing and/or social media marketing.
    You have strong analytical skills and are good at developing reports with clear learnings and actionable next steps.
    You are strong at stakeholder management and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    It is also vital that you are tenacious, strong at project and time management.
    You are self-motivated, team-oriented, goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and a drive to get things done.
    You stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
