An exceptional opportunity to join this Global Fast-growing Business to help shape the future growth and Investment needs of the Businesses & Board.

You will create and develop the Business Plan for the Group and deliver this, working with the Executive Management Team to take responsibility for the P & L and provide the voice and ambassador from the Businesses to the Executive Board.  You will lead the internal processes needed and work with you team to ensure implementation performance management and develop a high performing team.  of a program of change initiatives that will enable the business to achieve growth in revenues and cost efficiencies and optimization of the Groups activities.

Key Responsibilities

    To take the lead in developing a strategic commercial, operational Business Growth plan, evaluating opportunities for growth, cost-optimization and operational efficiency.
    Liaise and negotiate with Government officials and be the voice of the business on governance and regulations needed at an International level putting policies for improvements etc in place with your team. Speaking in Arabic and English
    Take a strategic view but also be hands on in leading and coaching your staff as needed with 1-2-1 meetings etc. as needed, being visible for help etc.
    Deliver best-in-class levels of management and productivity, while maintaining a focus on ensuring the best levels of business outcomes.
    Collaborate closely with Executive management and all levels of staff in determining best fit resource models (sales and marketing, procurement, outsourcing, human resources) for approved initiatives, using Six Sigma or LEAN poss.
    With Team, review & develop and maintain KPI’s and targets to ensure key performance metrics and KPIs align with the transformation strategy. Put in place an effective target setting processes.
    Serve as a thought leader and strategy developer for Oman region, Quality and Service Excellence.
    Be a key CEO to the Group CEO and adviser on Oman’s needs on business process reengineering design and improvement alternatives, tools and methodologies to be applied, prioritization of potential programmes to be delivered and the resource requirements etc.

Ideal Profile

    MBA or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar
    20+ years career in a Business including Management
    10+ years experience in Executive management level positions
    5+ years experience in Real Estate in Oman
    Strong visionary with excellent leadership to make a difference, planning and driving improvements and growth.
    Previous track record of self starter approach and strong team spirit to bring people together to achieve greater objective together in the Oman region and in larger Global businesses.
    Used to dealing with Government Officials and regulations needed in Real Estate and environmental issues.
    The proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
