Job Purpose and Summary
To develop and initiate strategic/programmatic 'always on' campaigns, through internal/external collaboration, to ensure that business targets are appropriately met. The strategic Campaigns should build reputation, generate demand and leads and provide the right sales enablement content and asset.
Create, develop and execute customer base direct marketing campaigns aligned to the wider marketing strategy and plans. Delivered via the marketing automation platform. Support the local entities in local CRM campaign planning and creation.
Driving and implementing in local markets complex integrated marketing campaigns with a high level of digital integration.

Defines and executes marketing campaigns and plays a leadership role in managing daily initiatives.
Controls budgets in both the planning and execution process of a campaign; solves problems in the execution of campaigns and maximize the ROI.
Evaluates online advertisement campaign performance, analyzes the media landscape and delivers new approaches and programs to streamline advertisement channels.
Builds strategic partnerships with external media vendors to expand advertising opportunities while considering the timelines and budgets.
Working with stakeholders and utilizing customer insight to create campaign briefs with clear campaign objectives and KPIs.
Define target segments of signed up customers, deploy relevant content, from content strategy, customer journey, channel strategy and necessary testing requirements.
Evaluate and communicate results of campaigns and other marketing activities
Define and develop the automated (trigger) customer communications according to the agreed CRM customer journeys.
Driving and implementing in local markets complex integrated marketing campaigns with a high level of digital integration.
Lead and facilitate technically demanding projects, through to a successful and profitable conclusion.
Embed and activate DLG campaigns in the different Sales Channels, empowering Sales professionals with the right Campaign and related Sales Enablement content.
Work with European Campaign and Demand & Lead Generation Team to accurately estimate time required to deliver projects
Coordinate and drive specialist development and activation teams to understand program requirements and translate them in to tangible demand generation solutions

You will need
B2B Knowledge
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Superior communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point (Essential).

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
A high level of accuracy to provide relevant/timely information.
