Job Description

Job Purpose


The purpose of this position is to implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules as per the Business requirements for DPW entities including customised developments for DPW entities


This role is responsible for converting Business Requirement into System implementation in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules


Participate in the design, implementation and support of business solutions.

Implement and support of the Oracle ERP software and assists the Project and Operations managers in new projects or support work as well as coordinating with vendor teams

Responsible for gathering requirements, performing analysis/design, testing, documentation.

User training to maintain and improve overall Information Systems performance.

Support implementation and production issues in the Oracle Core HCM.

 


Key Accountabilities


Gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, end user training.

Conduct solution design workshops.

Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unit testing.

Develop conversion and system implementation plans.

Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them.

Write Technical & Function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.

Support business users with the execution of test scripts.

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.

Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis.

Consistently produces clear and concise status reports.

To work in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs.

To work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision.

Working with solution architects to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.

Integrate Cloud ERP using OIC, SOA with third party providers such as Host to Host, exchange rate platforms and writing Inbound/Outbound interfaces

Develop BI/ OTBI/ Infolets /Dashboards, Fast Formulas, Integrations and Data Migration

Custom Role Development services

Extending Cloud through the native personalization layer

Migrations, Reports, Forms and Customizations

Act as an ambassador for DP World always when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications, Experience and Skills


Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.

6 - 15 years of experience in a similar environment and 2 - 4 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits and HR Help Desk etc.

Preferred certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent or HR Generalist.

Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll concepts and apply to technology.

At least 2 End to End implementation experience of Oracle HCM Modules.

Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents.

Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents.

Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.

Knowledge of application to application integration on public cloud, using OIC or SOA is desirable.

Knowledge in Java, BPM, BPEL, ADF, PLSQL, etc, Interfaces, Data Upload

Knowledge in PaaS components like Fusion Middleware, JCS, DB Cloud, Identity Cloud, Developer Cloud

Determination, self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges.

Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of Clients/Business.

Ability to work with Multicultural environment across the world.
