Description:

 

Sourcing of assigned categories – Non-food (local and IP), marketing and admin.

Maintaining the Contracts Calendar and ensuring timely renewals of contracts after sign off by the legal team.

Sourcing of assigned categories for all Capex and maintenance.

Preparing and Documenting – Product approval, Vendor approval, PR, PO, RFPs Contract Calendar, Costing Sheet, GRN, WH transfer, Inter store transfer, Pricing tracker, Savings Tracker.

Certifying and documenting invoices for payment processing

Facilitating Pricing and Commercial negotiation

Assisting Demand Planner in his working.

Co-ordination in inventory management with WH and stores.

Vendor management – Scheduled meetings on Quality, Rate and Delivery.

3PL partner management

Internal Customer management – Scheduled meetings with Brand and outlets to review Quality and Delivery issues


 

Qualifications

 

The senior supply chain executive is responsible for Contracts management, procurement of all non-food categories and inventory management. The role requires a highly motivated and pro-active individual who will contribute greatly to the success of the supply chain team and the organization.
