Responsibilities

Managing sales team effectively and efficiently.

Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.

Business development

Market research and analysis of competitors landscape and offerings

Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Establishing sales strategy and plans to achieve the sales targets.

Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies.

Analysing trends and results.

Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintaining sales team results by motivating, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

B2B & B2G Sales

Relevant experience in Oil & Gas and/or the government sector.

What Do You Need to Qualify

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in business, engineering, marketing, communications or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 10 years. Post-qualification experience in

a similar position with a technology company or O&G organization.

Planning and implementing sales strategies.

Customer relationship management.

Managing and directing a sales team.
