The PBAs are the prime contact points for branch customers for service as well as sales In addition to resolving customer requests on service PBAs are responsible for assessing banking and investment needs of customers and advise suitable products PBAs are the main drivers of sales
Detailed Description:
Provide speedy resolution to customer needs and requests
Advise customers on banks products and processes
Advise suitable products to walkin customers
Convert maximum customer interactions in to successful sales
 
 
Qualifications
 

Job Requirements:
Advise suitable products to existing customers in order to deepen relationship
Increase products per customer

Additional Details:
We required Arabic speaker
