As Marketing Manager, you will be leading to set the overall marketing objectives & strategies/plans for the business with direct responsibilities towards Brands, Market Share and Profits.
• Develop & execute Marketing plans to achieve short terms & Long term Brands objectives (Market share, volumes, consumer KPI’s)
• Develops and executes marketing strategic plans and aligns with the Marketing team to lead prompt flawless execution.
• Prepare & monitor Brand spend plans.
• Ensure strategic alignment between the brands global & local Strategies
• Aligns Marketing plan with other functions
• Negotiate and execute events, sponsorship, activities within AOP.
• Develop Advertising & research agencies to support event execution and coordinate results with the production dept.
• Tracks and evaluates programs/events impact and performance
• Lead product innovation development.
• Development of promotional research planning & 4 Ps management
• Develop volume plans by brands, regions & outlets
• Develop merchandising plans (Racks, Planogram etc.)
• Support the Sales Dept in developing trade promotions.
• Supervise, support and develop his team to fulfill the business requirements.
• Ensures effective training for his team members to have a competitive edge.
• Provide mentoring sessions to his direct reports when necessary.
• Maintain a good level of motivation and morale within his team members.
• Set a career plan for his team members.
• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) for the category.
• Lead start-plan for the category.

Qualifications/Requirements
Strong marketing background from a Multinational FMCG of 10+ years.
Strong Analysis and Problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Team work & interpersonal skills
University Graduate, higher education certifications are desirable
