 Marketing Manager- Caterpillar, Dubai, UAE


Job Description:

Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role, in-line with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities include:
•    Ensure execution of Caterpillar’s Marketing and Sales Operating Model across AME & Eurasia, through successful execution of Marketing and Sales Excellence Program. Be most knowledgeable of Africa and ME & Eurasia dealers’ marketing and sales capabilities and maturity.
•    Provide strategy development and lead the implementation of the Marketing and Sales Operations initiatives with the dealer network
•    Led key Services Growth Marketing and Sales projects as needed for EAME.  This includes, but is not limited to the areas of Retail, Coverage, and Funnel Management, such as Priorities Service Events (PSEs).
•    Provide supervisory support for Africa and ME & Eurasia marketing and sales consultant team.
•    Manage successful deployment of key marketing and sales projects across EAME and special programs, such as Dealer Collaboration Community.
•    Represent Marketing and Sales Operations to key stakeholders, such as Marketing and Sales teams, DSD, and Industry Segments, and represent EAME as needed.
•    Mentor and coach as needed, District Marketing and Sales Operations Reps

Candidate Requirements:
•    University degree in marketing, business or related discipline
•    10+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail, Product support or Sales experience involving dealer facing responsibilities
•    Previous successful experience in marketing or sales project management or strong project/process management skills demonstrated in prior 6 Sigma, Caterpillar Production Systems or Services Marketing projects as either a project team member (Green Belt) or leader (green belt/black belt) or equivalent
•    Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams
•    The proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels and influence others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution

Desired Skills:
•    Typically, the incumbent will have had previous supervisory positions
•    Proficiency in French, Arabic, Russian or other Africa and ME & Eurasia languages
•    Previous field-based assignment in dealer development
