 Head of Performance Engineering- Petropan, Muscat, Oman



Petroplan are assisting a client of ours in their search for a Head of Performance Engineering to join their team in a recently opened office in Muscat. This individual will have key internal stakeholder management with the likes of the Group Head of Operations, Regional CEO & MD.

Key Responsibilities:

    Joint responsibility for driving the performance of various sites through the optimization of the sites engineering and management.
    Drive the Operational Excellence improvement and asset life to maximize ROI (return on investment) through site monitoring, analysis, capability building and root cause analysis on failures.
    The role holder will also be responsible for building and developing the Performance Engineering team

Key Candidate Criteria:

    Minimum of 10 years hands on Operational experience with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership position
    Strong technical hands on knowledge of operational performance and Opex/Capex optimization
    Experience in supervising Operational & Engineering teams is essential
    Experience in driving operational performance in the industries
    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
