DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


■Should have Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5 Years Experience in Construction Field.

■ Clear Understanding of design/execution aspects of Plumbing/Fire Fighting.

■Clear Knowledge and Implement of Standards and Local Authority regulation in Plumbing and Fire Fighting -NFPA.

■ Complete Knowledge in PLUMBING - Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pumps, Tanks ,Water Heaters, Sanitary Equipments, Above & Under Ground Domestic Water, Drainage, Rain Water, Strom Water System etc.

■ Complete Knowledge in Fire Fighting - Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Pumps (Electrical & Diesel), Stand Pipe & Hose System, Sprinkler System ,Fire Suppression System, Extinguishers etc.

■ Responsible for independently coordinating AutoCAD drawings, planning of the jobs with respect to sales estimation, obtaining variations, submission and approvals for MAS ,Shop Drawings and timely execution of Projects, variations, within technical/commercial terms.

■ Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipments, tool, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.

■ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best option to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.

■ Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the MEP works team at site.

■ Plans the execution of all MEP related works and coordinate the works with Electrical and civil team.

■ Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved Construction drawings, Contract documents ,Project Specification and all applicable standards as per International Standards and Local Authorities Standards.

■ Submit site daily reports ,Inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

■ Liaise with Purchase for timely indent of materials and deliveries.

■ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines and commercial norms.

■ Indenting of materials for the project requirements.

■ Coordinating with Main Contractors , Consultants and Client’s managers.

■ Ensuring all safety regulations are followed by technicians and supervisors.

■ Ensure all documents are prepared, checked and signed by concern persons.

■ Motivating and Upgrading supervisors & technicians for better standards and quality of works.

■ Review of Technical issues.

■ Any other related job as assigned by superiors.
