 CRM Data Analyst - Internship- Chanel, Dubai, UAE


Reporting to the client engagement and digital executive, the intern task will be :

DATA MANAGEMENT

    Support in managing the client database: accuracy & quality of the data, report duplicate profile, establish dashboard to follow up data capture
    Reconciliate & link data from different database to allow a regional overview
    Work closely with local teams and Europe on dash boards

CRM & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Support the client engagement & digital executive and businesses counterpart on the implementation of the clienteling actions

    Ensure tools efficiency and usage by the teams : liaise with Paris for corrections & improvements
    Accompany the deployment of new features on tools
    Support boutiques on targeting & listings
    Monthly Reporting, KPIS follow up & ROI calculation

ANALYTICS

    Support on specific analysis linked to client database and profile
    Ability to present data on a visual way such as using Power BI output

Profile :  

You have a master degree (business school, university master…) and have a first experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.

You are Tech Savvy, highly mastering excel (advance pivot, index, match, vlookup) , familiar with Power BI while understanding the client needs and behaviors.

Your communication skills are one of your strength as it will be key for you to understand internal partners needs & challenges (office but also retail)

You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a “can do” mindset which allow you to overcome challenges and to find solution.

You are pro-active, dynamic with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.

English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.

Internship based in Dubai – 6 months from January/February
