What You’ll Do

As a Kitopi Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving top quality tech hires throughout our international locations. Utilizing the best possible hiring practices, sourcing techniques and working with an amazing TA team.

You’ll do whatever it takes to keep our hiring on high alert for a range of locations and ensure high-quality, even when it means working around the clock to locate hidden gems in different continents!

Lead the entire recruitment process including hiring requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job posting, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process for all product and tech roles.

Build, engage and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates within the functional area that your support.

Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership and key business partners of all levels to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a strategy on effective recruitment activities for positions within your area of responsibility.

Partner with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs to encourage a collaborative hiring process.

Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.

Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional and global awareness in order to attract qualified applications for the roles within your area of responsibility.

Review and advise on the current interview process and bring up new ideas and new formats

Support additional People Team initiatives as needed.

What Are We Looking For?

You've gained a minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or in an agency.

You have experience working with an ATS, preferably Lever.

You know where the great tech candidates are and know how to approach, attract and engage them

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

You are great in communication and an awesome team player.
