Job Description
Digital channels have a tremendous impact on driving consumer perception / preference for the brand. These channels are also the mainstay of direct-to-consumer sales efforts by the company. Digital channels also command a significant portion of the company's marketing spends. It is therefore necessary that the head of digital marketing be a candidate with - sound technical knowledge of digital advertising platforms - data platforms that power all analytics basis which effective advertising may be run – strong understanding of consumer behaviour for real-estate category and on the digital channels - is able to work with a large cross-section of stakeholders across the organisation, and is aware of shifts happening in the industry.
Responsible & accountable for the creation and implementation of all integrated Digital & Social campaign strategies for DAMAC Properties.
Key purpose of the role is to ensure that the Brand is in the forefront of the customer throughout their Digital shopping journey.
Through innovative, relevant content and targeting methods the brand needs to entice/disrupt the journey to call attention to our property products and improve brand opinion and consideration.
Lower funnel lead generation tactics are also to be taken advantage of to attract in-market shoppers to our brands.
Also required to lead the strategy development and successful execution of best in class digital design, content production and data management with a deep focus on analytics and customer experience.
Develop, own and execute the digital strategy for DAMAC Properties.
Develop the campaigns (brand and product-line) digital roadmap including channel framework planning that includes: Video, Mobile, Search, and Web strategies
Define each campaign’s Digital & Social content strategy.
Support with the integrated measurement (KPI) strategy for each campaign.
Research and share innovation and emerging trends and propose opportunities to grow campaign effectiveness in the Digital & Social space.
Coordinate with the brand advertising managers and media manager to improve campaign marketing results.
Align the Digital & Social campaign strategies with the CRM and overall Customer Experience strategy.
Establish ties with key partners and stakeholders (agencies, global teams and dealers).
Problem-solving and analytical skills - interpreting and leveraging data insights for constantly enhancing customer experience in three verticals: design, content and data/intelligence.
Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology - lead initiatives pertaining to marketing technology and data integration towards design excellence, an optimized content framework underpinned by data and analytics.
Consistently delivering end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touch points in the customer journey.
Graduate qualifications in engineering / science / math / statistics and an MBA from a reputed institute will be added advantage.
