What You'll Do
Performing advanced exploratory data analysis to derive insights from data
Closely working with various stakeholders and translating business problems into data solutions
Designing and implementing data solutions, including but not restricted to Machine Learning Models
Working closely with engineers to deploy the models into production and ensure scalability
Designing, implementing, and analyzing AB tests
What Are We Looking For?
Computer science and/or applied mathematics or statistics background, with 4 to 6 years of experience
Strong experience in advanced analytics and applied machine learning
Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in building scalable software
Experience with distributed computing (Spark/Snowflake)
Creative in solving problems, while relying on data to decide on solutions’ iterations and next steps.
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing business environment and excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up
Ability to focus on delivering solutions that have demonstrable ROI, while following a lean and agile approach.
Great stakeholder management skills and ability to translate business problems into scalable data solutions, with excellent communication skills.
