Sales Supervisor General Trade – Ice cream- Unilever, Dubai
Main purpose of the role:
Increase the sales, profitability and market share of company. Manage the sales organization with company strategies and standards, for this purpose manage the salesmen with full contact and train them.
Responsibilities:
customer management:
Follow up customer yearly agreement execution and renew them with team and manager.
manage the total sales budget and customer budgets. Achieve the targets with budget.
Follow the market and competition, report to the company.
Determine and analyze the improvement opportunities of the market and share these informations with management.
Manage the market with perfect store criteria, with his team. Be sure that the perfect OSA, NPD availability, optimum promotion management, and perfect visibility execution.
Doing sales analyses and use them for the market improvement
Doing the market visit with HHT, achieve the personal visit targets Quarterly.
Database management. Checking the customer database and be sure that the updated system.
Create a customer relationship with Unilever Standards.
Team and Sales Management:
Responsible for monthly and Yearly targets achievement. Check and be sure that the achievements and figures according to UL process.
Determine fair targets for the sales team and fix the system with these.
Check and manage the sales team visits.
Doing a sales team meeting on Saturday and Tuesday morning. Be sure that the company expectations and messages are shared with them.
Fallow and manage the sales team performance and business results. Manage the team motivation.
Be sure that the team works with Unilever Code Of Business.
Manage and follow the teams required trainings.
Be sure that the team driving safe and with the traffic rules. Arrange the necessary trainings.
Visibility stock management: be sure that the visibility material usage with optimum and required stock, do required stock forecast and manage it with shopper marketing team.
Route Optimization:
Create the optimum route.
Create the route borders
Choose the optimum salesman for the routes.
Create the customer optimum visit frequencies.
Freezer Management:
Be sure that perfect execution of cabinet delivery system.
Be sure that the cabinet delivery system is used with legal procedures for all deliveries.
Doing a year cabinet forecast and doing the yearly/quarterly cabinet execution plan for the market.
Other:
Sales supervisor is responsible for all actions are in accordance with the laws, UL values and UL business principles.
