Project Director - Museums - UAE
My client is a global AE company who has won multiple projects across the MENA region. A brilliant international firm with offices across 3 continents. For this position, we are looking for a Project Director for a museum project in the UAE. We require someone who has experience in working in international consultancies and worked in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Director will not only be expected to help run the project smoothly and be the right-hand person to the principal but must also efficiently run their team and motivate. We encourage a collaborative working environment where the PD will mentor and work with those under them.
Requirements:
A minimum of 15 years’ experience with degree in Engineering/Architecture.
Have a proven ability in design, project management, team management and client liaison.
Be skilled at influencing and motivating people (staff, clients, and other directors).
Set an example to all staff by demonstrating compliance with the company’s procedures and policies
and operate within the company controls.
Actively address problem issues, do not criticize without presenting and pushing solutions.
Abide by company policies, procedures and company values

Team leadership
Communicating and presenting
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
