About the Job:


The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) is looking for a dynamic and all-round Marketing Executive to join the team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


Develop content for website, brochures, and flyers.

Create content for newsletters addressed to school counsellors, agents and leads.

Develop social media content, video storyboarding, briefing, messaging, interviewing, and editing.

Assist with the training of the Student Ambassadors and other marketing team members, especially in photography, design and social media channel management.

Actively participate in various recruitment activities including school fairs, exhibitions and any official Academy events including taking video and photographs of events for distribution through Social Media and other digital channels.

Work closely with the Marketing team to support all online efforts and to ensure consistency between online and offline marketing campaigns.

Protect and develop the EAHM brand on all digital channels ensuring that every strategy for all channels is in line with corporate objectives.

Continually strive to keep up to date with the market in order to discover new media that can contribute to company growth, improve positioning and ensure online representation of Stay Different.

Administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising strategy and execution.

Track and analyse all online marketing campaigns and press releases, reporting on their success and quantifying spend to the Director of Marketing & Enrolment.

Support the Director of Marketing & Enrolment with the design of internal policies and processes to deliver online marketing campaigns.

Maintain the Internal and External Image Library and overall responsibility for the photography and video production.

Assist with the creation of new websites, mini-sites, HTML Emails, Email forms, PDF files, Graphics, Banners etc.

Maintain the Internet Site, Social Media Channels, Partner Sites and Mercury, so that up to date information is available.

Perform reasonable duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

 

 

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:


University degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or media is essential.

Minimum of 1-year digital marketing experience, preferably in the international education business or the luxury hospitality sector.

Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.

Arabic language (desirable).

Good administrative and organisational skills.

Experience with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.

Experience with Photoshop, Flash, HTML, JavaScript, Illustrator, Social Media Channels, Content and Contact Management Systems, Google Analytics, Core metrics and similar.

Web and Collateral Design Skills (desirable)

Courses/training in story-telling, creative writing, digital content creation, or sales/marketing copywriting would be an asset.

Highly proficient copywriting, editing and proofreading skills in English.

Strong organization and project management skills, meets deadlines, and able to manage multiple different projects at the same time
