Junior Copywriter - (English & Arabic)- ESAG, Dubai
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Bi-lingual content development for retail/lifestyle brands across all platforms
• Write concise and engaging copy for various channels including digital, websites, external advertising, print, videography and social media.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy
• Conduct basic keyword research
• Submit well-structured drafts within deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & skills
• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role within an e-commerce or advertising agency
• Prior experience with retail and lifestyle brands is a plus
• An understanding of brand positioning
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a dynamic, ever-growing environment
• Self-starter who uses initiative, with a passion for building, learning and experimenting
• Strong creative skills with an ability to see ‘beyond the brief’
• Ownership for the written word in English/Arabic
• An ability to make simple messages compelling
Preference:
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, corporate environment
• Should be creative with words and concepts, possessing a passion for delivering results
