Job Description

Junior Accountant - Accounts Receivables

1    Maintaining the billing system

2    Generating invoices and account statements

3    Performing account reconciliations

4    Handling services charge transfers, resetting and 

       reconciliations 

5    Credit card reconciliation and top-ups 

6    Handling all types of refunds and related accounting. 

7    Customer payment receipt request 

8    Payment plan amendment and invoice correction 

9    Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and 

      investigating information from sales, customer service 

      departments, and mortgage team ;

10  Resolves collections by examining customer payment 

      plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact 

       with collections department.
